How it Works

We receive a call to meet in person for a free consultation appointment. If everything

is satisfactory to our qualifications, we proceed with the property management agreement.

Prequalifying applicants/residents: rent collections, resident, vendor administration, eviction process, or after-hours emergency

Leasing

Meeting with prospecting residents, prequalifying and completing the lease process.

Eviction Process

Serving resident written notice, initiating the eviction process, court appearances, handling writ of execution, etc.

Rent Collection

Collecting rent payments, rent increase implementation, handling partial payment and much more.

Service Request

Taking resident service request and disbursing it to proper vendor or maintenance technician for completion. Handing 24/7 emergency calls.
